The Nintendo DS has been a preferred choice of gamers since it release during the last decade. It has spawned numerous technologies to make it highly adaptable, breaking it from the mold of proprietorship. Since the entire hardware replacement was not possible savvy techies and avid gamers came up with the concept to break through the line and make a plethora of homebrew applications available.
With the availability of data cards for games the limit has been pushed up for hacking the Nintendo DS game consoles for a variety of other purposes and applications.

The DSTT Cards are amongst one the popular game cards for the Nintendo DS family of game consoles having an extra edge through SDHC Card compatibility. One of the striking features that make it so popular is the embedded cheat support for a wide range of games apart from the usual homebrew games, applications and ROM software.
Of recently these cards have been plagued with fake ones swamping the market scene. But measures have been adopted to counter these fake cards as well as kernel update to make it run smoothly with the DSi machines.
Another one gaming card that makes its presence felt is the EDGE DS or the EDGE Cards. These cards could be taken as the stripped down version of the CycloDS game cards. The EDGE DS has now been replaced by iEDGE DS cards and have the same form factor as the original EDGE DS Cards in addition to compatibility with all the family of Nintendo DS devices.
